About Our Founder
Hi, I’m Stella, founder of Aurosourcing. My journey began after completing my MBA at a U.S. graduate school, when I started helping American friends purchase products from China. Living and studying in the United States made me realize how much more expensive many everyday items are there compared to China, so friends asked me to source a wide range of goods—fashion accessories, tableware, hair clips, hair ties, stationery, and more. It was rewarding to help them while gradually building deep expertise in sourcing. As for now, I have accumulated more than 13 year experience in sourcing hundreds of different products for our global clients all over the world.
I grew up in a family that owns a factory, so understanding how factories operate is part of my DNA. With over 30 years of exposure to manufacturers through family and friends, I developed a strong grasp of production processes and supply chains.
My cross-cultural education and time in the U.S. gave me meaningful insights into Western culture, which strongly influences my sourcing work. Communication with clients is easy and transparent, and I have a solid understanding of Western markets—their preferences, expectations, and standards. Many clients have become lifelong friends. Above all, I believe in keeping my word; integrity and reliability are the principles I live by in business and beyond. I speak English, French, and Mandarin.
